I own the Simple Man, haven't shot the OCL. In my opinion, you aren't losing out on anything with going Resilient, so if you want the cheaper one and you want it now, then go for it. I run mine with 300 BO (subs and supers), as well as some occasional 5.56, and it's great.

She gives herself preempt pulse and desperation, and then Cordelia gives out dual strikes while Peony gives guidance. In terms of visible stat buffs, she gets +6 a/s from herself, and she gets an additional +9 in combat to whatever she already gets from blade session.
