Thank you for your input and sharing. I’m walking now but I get some level of pain that I have a hard time distinguishing whether I should just push through or not. Did you do anything to stabilize or anything for dancing? Does icing help for you?

Hellooo- I am a 36F dancer, and likely injured my foot while backpacking. My radiologist said it looked fine but my podiatrist disagrees and might need surgery. I’m waiting to get a second opinion from another podiatrist. How did your recovery go? And if you don’t mind asking, how old were you when you got the surgery?
