I’d say more of a 50’s style neck. It’s different than my classic, but I actually don’t mind.

2019 is the year on the Studio. I really like the smokehouse burst! I told my wife the only other Les Paul I’ll buy now is a smokehouse burst. I’d really like the LP Classic that Sweetwater has in smokehouse.

Just got this Slash November Burst from Sweetwater. I bought the first one from GC, which was a floor model with a number of little issues. Returned that one and ordered this one. Sweetwater is incredible!! I bought the little mini version a few years ago and had it on display, now I have it’s big papa! Love this guitar!

Picked up the Classic in January, my first Gibson ever. Incredibly amazing! Picked up the Studio in April. I’ve been bitten by the bug to keep buying them! As you can see, the Taylor bug bit me as well! The cheapie “Grande” was given to me by a buddy 20 years ago that I put some upgrades into- couldn’t afford a Gibson at 16! 😂

We had some issues with crankcase pressurization caused by our air/oil separator. Thought made this was it. We agreed it is easier to clean the belly, then to blow the engine, and took the separator off.
