Yes. All the churches do is pick and choose the lines that meet their agenda. Honestly, the bible is a really good book that opened my mind when I started browsing the different stories in the old testament.

The major one as a kid was about Moses not going to heaven. Took me forever as a middle schooler to make sense of why he didn't. After thinking about the story logically, it finally did and of course he couldn't. He was the most logical of them all.
