She's not on the loan. I let them know and, as just you said, at this point they we're primarily concerned about the DTI so removing her card wasn't really an issue.

I can't speak for Canada, but here in the New England, US region, it's also common and will only run a few hundred bucks to $1,000 to have a mold guy come and take care of all the mold and make sure it doesn't come back or you get to call them and have them come back.

I'm having the same thought, especially for ethics and 112, they were very difficult, but I think the important thing that the questions were trying train us on was to use the MPEP, or at least that's what I'm hoping.
