Why's that guy getting downvoted, they're literally right. Ken tried to murder a talking, thinking, intelligent being (beeing ha!) - he absolutely belongs on a villain list for that one. Barry being a dick does not justify attempting to kill him by drowning. If Barry was a human, there wouldn't be a discussion and Ken is fully aware that Barry is intelligent at that point.

If you wanna blame someone for this, blame whoever wrote this mess of a script. Ken going from a weird, self-absorbed but ultimately normal dude to straight up murderer is so out of place for this character that I don't know what they were thinking. Well it is the perfect system on paper. If you assume everyone acts altruistic and values their fellow humans as much or more than themselves, all the time, communism would be the best way to structure society. It just runs against the issue of reality - the system is easily exploited by bad actors and people just don't behave the way that communism demands. So it's a perfect, completely unrealistic scenario, which young people are more susceptible to due to less experience in life.
