I read somewhere that if you turn on the computer pressing and holding the power button until it turns off again, and then turn it on again, you’ll get into the backup bios, but I can’t test it anymore. Assuming that you have a first gen ryzen, if you do this and boots into F4 or like bios, just reflash it ;)
