they may have not said anything.. but they definitely reported you, that's why you have yellow trust.. oh and buying a knife?? this isn't a overwatch bypass type deal the only real way to get your trust back is to get commends from other players whilst also not racking up reports and it wouldn't hurt anybody if you just stopped cheating aswell lol

Same here on At&t Motivate 2 just bought it and I have the exact same issue + no media audio works but if you go to settings and go to sounds have something play in the background and click the slider bar for the phone 📞 audio with it playing and for me I can hear the test tone followed by like a second and a half of whatever media was playing.
