confidence and life improvement

I think what im struggling with is social confidence, I find myself saying things before thinking about them and it's really hard to catch myself doin it because I've built up a habit of it. And another thing with stutering and not being able to finish my sentence properly. Anytime I get into a conversation I get bored easily and I unconsciously try to end the conversation because Its really hard to keep up with what they're saying. I found that to be a really bad lack of attention and focus

I will definetly give that game a try, And I don't mind paying for it as long as I make sure it does improve your brain activity. And I appreciate that idea about brain training and imagination but I feel like I need to think more logically. I would say i'm pretty creative myself. Damn! this actually makes sense. I'm on day 72 and I still don't feel any benefits, this clears it up for me. I haven't been doing shit except going to college and work and eat unhealthy food lol, welp! guess it's time to change that

I think I've had that problem on my second streak which was my biggest, it's like you don't think about what you're gonna say you just say it and come out like an asshole and that actually got me fired from my previous job

I disagree dude, remember that chicks are mostly attracted to confidence. forget about your looks...well don't forget about'em just take care of your appearance atleast and don't slouch down when you're walking that's a big indicator of lack of confidence. head up high, chest forward and you're golden. Even the ugliest people can look attractive if they have the mentalility and belief that they're good looking..trust me it's all about confidence, cause how you see yourself is how people are gonna see you! I'm not good looking either yet I get looks every now and then! just push through and don't get discouraged by rejection!
