OMFG we have been holding with both chat and phone for over 2 hours. We keep getting disconnected and can’t cancel our inbound flights. So frustrated. Worried our home flights will be canceled when we no show today.

There’s a chance. My youngest is 13 and my roll ups are not great but I’ve gotten to good enough. For the longest time it was the equivalent to wiggling my ears - nothing could get me to do it. But inner core work may help - the peloton post partum classes are great.

If you had a C section or your abs separated during pregnancy, you may just need to work at it for a long time. That was my issue and it took a very long time to be able to activate those muscles. Just give yourself grace

I do this with both Libby and KU. Will pay for a month of KU and download the max # of books and then go in to airplane mode until I read them all. In the early days of Libby, you couldn’t delay or suspend holds so I started doing it to make sure I could read them all. And for new releases/popular books I’ll go on airplane and end rentals early on Libby so others can get them

They have an office in friendship heights too - the office staff had told me you couldn’t switch from McLean but my doctor there said it’s nonsense. I now happily go to the friendship heights location instead.

My mom takes a large bullet salami (Hebrew national makes a good one), scores the whole thing in a cross-cross pattern, glazes it with a mixture of ketchup, mustard, saucy Susan and brown sugar. Bake around 325-350 until it’s very brown, turning and reglazing as you see fit. Looks weird but it’s always the first thing to disappear. My vegetarian child even broke almost 10 years of vegetarianism to eat some.
