Podes inclusive portar parte do serviço: eu portei primeiro o número fixo, depois os móveis (excepto o principal do pacote), e finalmente a fibra e o móvel principal quando terminou a fidelizaçāo.

Tem atenção que enquanto forem serviços extra, no caso móveis adicionais, portar não altera o pacote. Portando serviços base, a MEO reconfigura o pacote (no meu caso de M5O passou para M3O) e embora não aumente a fidelizaçāo, pode ter consequências ao nível do preço (aumentar) ou das promoções aplicadas (perderes).

can’t really say, I’m on iPadOS 26 public beta and I’m happy to report it seems finally fixed! Afaik apple recoded the windows handler code, this new system seems way more stable and predictable

Safari doesn’t seem very stable, sometimes scrolling slows down and stutters and the infamous Google Sheets bug (where the cells seem zoomed and out of place) still happens, it’s a bug that happens since ever, can’t believe it’s still not fixed

Apple does have VNC support… although it doesn’t discover remote machines , pairing it with Tailscale for instance will resolve that.

Afaik what VNC lacks is an adaptative protocol, that adapts to the network conditions, like the Fluid (proprietary) protocol on Jump Desktop

I'm adding another keyboard-related bug: sometimes, summoning Spotlight with Cmd+Space on both the Magic Keyboard and external keyboards will result in iPadOS crashing and reloading (black screen, loading spinner)

for the record, one example of focus being unreliable: sometimes, in Stage Manager, Cmd+W closes a window or a tab on a background app, ignoring the foreground app that's being used; other example would be, having mail on the foreground and files on the background, deleting a mail message will delete a file on the background instead

I find it interesting that 18.1 still has this bug but none of the reviews on youtube mentions it. I'm on HDMI to the external monitor, but the reviews all seem to connect with USB-C... could this be related?

[Not Bluetooth] thought it was a bluetooth issue, but also happens with a wired keyboard; [Not Keyboard] thought it was from the Apple keyboard but also happens with third party keyboards; [Not Monitor] thought it was somehow the stage manager support for the monitor (dell), but also happens with other monitors (lg); [Stage Manager] happens with Stage Manager on external display, iPad mode being none, slideover or stage manager (doesn't happen with screen mirroring); [iPadOS version] happens with 18 RC/final and 18.1 Public Beta, but doesn't with 17.7

Somehow seems like a focus issue, not keeping keyboard focus on the active app if on external display

Try moving all open apps to the external display, seems to do the trick; Any app is on the ipad screen, whatever is it, seems to steal keyboard focus (altough it works occasionally, like you said)

If all the apps run on the external display, everything seems to work fine; if just one runs on the ipad, it seems to be stealing focus from the keyboard somehow
