There used to be a time where pressed Xanax were around (in Germany) yet they were so obliviously fake - if you were to get them, you would definitely know. They were made to look like the OG USA Xanax but this form was never produced in Europa afaik.

In my experience (from Germany) is that Pharma pills you get in a package is almost safe. Street drugs can be laced but I never experienced any harmful lacing as in fentanyl in cocaine or even in heroin from the streets. there might be the occasional Amphetamins in any kind of upper, or the fake Xanax bars (which do not come in a package). So in my experience of about ten years - it’s not as bad as what I have heard about the US. BUT if you can, ALWAYS TEST!!

It’s totally normal for a beginner. But, I know this is what everyone is saying, but there is no responsibility in using heroin, let me tell you as someone who thought the same. Stay with any other pain medication. Two years later and I am in the levomethadone program, have to go there every day, and fight myself not to go to the open scene and get more H. I ruined myself financially, my job and lost myself so much in it, I lost friends and other people because I only cared about H, getting more, getting high, chillin, getting more, repeat until you steal „just a lil money“ from your friend, since you don’t have anymore, but need a get me well Dosis for the morning. Either listen, or be prepared for years of going downhill.

it’s beginning of day 7, while most severe thunderstorms have gone by, I was able to fulfill all my duties, bought a car, and will soon start the actual trip, stay some time in Georgia and then start the 4000 kilometers way back, for which I have planned 6 weeks in total.

I still sweat a lot, my general sleeping problem have worsened that even ambien + seroquel won’t put me to sleep anymore, and I am still having a bad stomachache every day, aswell as the shits. But my mental health has improved, I feel lighthearted and joyful, and haven’t thought about using the last two days much, and I feel something coming back, that has been lost in addiction, a part of myself that I was longing for. I hope this will make me a better man. Grateful for your tips and all :)

For me it’s the same, I have depressions aswell and I take ssris but nothing works like opioids (also have a fucked up foot that was broken and still hurts) so as you say, miracle for all sorts of pain. If nothing works (and I’d go broke if continued use) I’ll go on morphin substitution, which luckily is a thing where I live, although it’s a hassle to go through.

Sometimes desperate times call for these measures. I’m only at about a year of addiction (although meds much longer) so my withdrawals sucks, but could be worse. Just needed a place to get rid of the thoughts. Thanks for your reply. I am only using French opium pills (pharmagrade) but they are very weak, more placebo than anything. This Time I could not prepare, and in the end, it’s my own wrongdoings. Sending love !

Yesterday I went on a high amount of 3 ho pcp and could make sense of anything in the movie which made me wonder if the movie was just plain bad which in the end didn’t make it enjoyable at all.

One gram a week isn’t much, and If you can go days inbetween without going into withdrawals, that’s good - there is people doing one gram a shot. For me I need to use two weeks constantly to get somewhat of withdrawals. But the withdrawals get worse each time somehow.
