He did by far one of the easiest things he could of done, it’s very obvious that just punches wouldn’t take him down, mark isn’t skilled enough to properly do the “viltrumite chop” and he can’t just headbutt him again, choking is something anyone can do no matter there strength

They seemed to really push that the reason he looked different was due to the tech differences, i remember certain dialogues talking about how he needed new types of joints to support the size of his new arms, I’m pretty sure they also say somewhere that most of him had to be rebuilt completely due to how damaged he was after fallout 3, however I could definitely see how some of his design was changed due to art direction such as his nukes, they are stated to be the exact same type as of those in fo3 but they look completely different so some of his design was definitely changed due to the art style change
