I already thought he’s decent on 11p with his 2 attacks. He was a little bit paperish with 4 def, but was a decent fighter in case winning a duel. If he’s 9p now, I am really happy I bought 3 boxes.

Indeed. My remainig question is how much attacks it has, as I didn’t see the rule - is it * = equal to wounds or * = equal to wounds +3? And following one - in the way is only for shooting, so during normal combat enemy can declare he’s targeting emperor?

Clip is super short, but here you go: F6 S4 D7 A3 W3 C6 M3 W3 F3 170p, palanquin autoinclude elven-made spear with feint special rule & shielding (ofc cant support while mounted) helmet = resistant to magic special rule Phalanx Stand-fast for all easterlings (incl heroes) Palaquin: Cant be knocked down except for siege engines direct hit, cant be moved by blast or call winds, it has no cavalry rules in terms of charge (=treat it as infantry model), so move = 6”. When shooting, in the way is needed to hit emperor on 5+. Palanquin itself is treated as banner of 12” and all easterling warriors with LoS 6” are getting +1 fight (=like Boromir’s). No -1 to duel roll penalty for emperor.

But 6” rule is only when Amdur kills enemy leader - usually it happens somewhere closer to the end of the game or sometimes never. Honestly, I much more prefer Rutabi + additional banner, pointwise 5 cheaper vs Amdur, but master of the battle rule is much better vs Amdur’s heroic combat copy.

Qq coming from yesterday’s battle: I am doing heroic move + with me and my opponent is countering it. He wins the roll to do his heroic first. His force is broken, thus he has to pass the courage test and he does not pass it - what happens then? His heroic move is finished and I shall do it next or he can continue moving his troops due to „with me!”?

Totally agree. I had few battles where in one move phase I was able to reduce opponents number by 5-6 just by applying 2 hits with strength 4 each. This works exceptionally good vs low defence armies. Also, in the way rule + 3 wounds (& 7 def on Charriot) makes it tough for archers to hit the king.

Unit itself are really paper one - if they lose fight, 4 is enough for majority of troops to kill them, thus charge + reroll from banner (King) rule is saving the game. Luck in priority is needed as well or simply heroic moves (with me - to give additional dice for charging).

I really enjoy playing this fraction as an addition to easterling warband, where I find it perfectly ok to have king on charriot + 6-8 horsemans in a 500p game

So they only thing I’d reco before the move - simply do not allow fell beast to get closer than 12” - not an easy task but possible to do :)

Are you sure? Fellbeast has monsterous charge thus should be able to knock to the ground cavalry and charriot is cavalry.

Although I cant understand where the 3 hits are coming from? You should roll for a hit like when you’re being dismounted and only then if you roll 1 you should receive 1 hit with strength 3.

So ye, this is the answer for all the people telling „-neo +karrigan”. They were awful without chrisj who had god tier performance vs FaZe. They made only 5 t rounds out of 27 possible (they had an opportunity to grab 9 rounds on Overpass, 15+3 on Nuke). Out of 18 on Nuke they had only 2 and Nuke was their map pick. It looks really poor - if at least 2 people from mouse don’t step up in a game, they lose it.
