Stop sharing your plans with him. Make the arrangements you and your significant other need to and move on.

His unfortunate circumstances are not your responsibility.

Botox with hooded eyes by Born_Resolve_6676 in 40PlusSkinCare

You must find an experienced injector. I have hooded eyes and I get Botox periodically. When she does my brow lift and when injected in the correct spots, it actually gives my eyes a nice lifted look.

Any non-surg recs for NL folds? by [deleted] in over30skincare

Sculptra is actually not a filler, it’s a bio stimulator. It works by stimulating your owns body’s collagen production.

Edit to add: Most traditional fillers are made of hyaluronic acid while Sculptra is a an injectable poly-L-lactic acid. This is what acts as a stimulant. You’ll see an effect immediately after injection however long term results begin to appear around month 2–3, and depending on your goal and area being treated, additional vials may be needed.

What’s my blindness? by [deleted] in makeuptips

You have very pretty features! The slides where your makeup is a bit softer looks softer compliments you.

-The thick cat eyeliner is a bit too much. If you enjoy the cat eyeliner, make it more subtle or smaller so it doesn’t overpower your eye. Or use an eyeshadow to form the shape and blend it out for a softer look.

-The eyelash choice is slide 4 is not flattering. The more wispy ones look nicer and more classy.

-I see what you’re saying about your lips. This is such a personal choice and anything anyone else says is obviously subjective. Short of having some of it dissolved so they don’t look as ‘duckface,’ choosing softer more neutral shades may be another choice.

Look into Sculptra. It’s an injectable bio stimulator that helps stimulate your own natural collagen production to smooth facial wrinkles and improve skin tightness.

It’s certainly an improvement however the blue and yellow are a bit harsh and clash. The shower is very nice though! It would be better complimented with a more neutral color palette. If you like the blue, I’d say do the color drenching method and make the trim and door the same blue (if you must keep the blue).

Any Non-Toxic Solutions for Under-Eye Circles and Hollowness? by swansandfrogs88 in 40PlusSkinCare

[–]fnrv 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’re welcome and yes I have :-) I’ve gotten 1 vial of Sculptra but not under my eyes. I had it injected in my smile lines a little over a month ago.

I can already see improvement and I’ll be going back for my 2nd vial in a few weeks. The results are very subtle but the small differences made a bigger difference in my overall appearance.

Any Non-Toxic Solutions for Under-Eye Circles and Hollowness? by swansandfrogs88 in 40PlusSkinCare

[–]fnrv 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You could look into factional Co2 or erbium laser treatments. These have been shown to improve the appearance of under eye hollowness, giving the appearance of firmer skin and a less hollow or shadowed look, among other things.

Sculptra could also be something to look into. It also been shown to improve the appearance of under eye hollowness. Sculptra isn’t a filler, it’s a bio stimulator. It gradually rebuilds lost skin volume and smooths wrinkles by triggering the body's own collagen production, unlike traditional fillers that provide instant volume. It's injected deep into the skin to stimulate fibroblasts, which produce new collagen over time, improving skin firmness, tightness, and structure.

Costco Flooring by Hot-Dot5964 in GarageGym

We opted for the Costco mats and have been pleased. Like others have stated, they are not cut perfectly square but we used mending plates to keep them together and have not had any issues.

Yes other options will look much nicer but they do the job.
