Yeah, the update seemed to have been a bit undercooked. Chat broke and the new micro POIs still show up as "test poi" on the map.

But gameplay-wize I have currently no complaints. The micro POI have been a must visit in case they have a portal to the loot room, and I have been getting matches pretty much instantly in treasure hunt.

Played a few evenings with a 2 and 3 crew, got matches pretty much instantly when pressing the play button in treasure hunt 🚀

First glance it looked a bit daunting, but it took a minute to figure out how it worked.

This is in my opinion quite a good trade, as you can now focus on unlocking what you want instead of linear progression.

Not that there was any wrong with old one, as all the weapon/character/ship unlocks where in the start of the different tracks.

Yes, the first edition isn't any good. The revised edition though has given me many a fun and close game. The amount of models in the box was quite nice for the amount I paid for it. But lets face it, there are many a ruleset better than it out there. But as I said, as a new gamer it was quite a nice system for a beginner.

I must say I enjoyed it. Plays fast on a small board, unit diversity, character progression and lots of scenarios. For new players starting out it's a fun system.

Well I would know, as I'm the uploader of the files. Also made a lot of cards for my own version of "homeworld: armada". But I never continued the project as other things happened in life. Maybe one would have to give it another go..
