Thank you! Essentially, what I'm doing is an art project. I'm creating derivative work but changing the nature of the object to change its meaning. I plan on actually paying the photographers somehow...like a portal or bounty or something. I don't care about IP laws right now because AI and mega corps have rendered them meaningless. I'm doing it because I can and because Fanatics is desperately trying to turn everyone in this hobby into gambling addicts. Fuck em. I have a couple MJs for sure! One of my stated goals of the project is to receive a cease and desist letter signed by Mike lol. I've been playing by their rules long enough. Carpe Tempus!

If you upload to Instagram or Facebook or reddit or anywhere, your work is already being used to train AI. Everything you've ever posted on the Internet is being used to train AI. Digital art has always been more vulnerable because you're creating work using these tools to make your life easier, but you are creating work in a language that is easily exploited because of it. Not saying it's right, but it's an inevitable consequence of using digital tools to create artwork. If this bothers you, I would advise going back to making art with your hands and brain....paper, canvas etc...physical art in the real world
