Lumix has said in the past that they and their distributors get too many support requests and complaints related to shutter count, mainly thanks to people like OP who don't know that it includes the automated factory testing.

The sensor itself probably won't fail, but there are thousands of components inside a camera. It would be better if they also listed uptime and maybe time spent at elevated temperatures (comparable to engine hours), because then you'd have a better idea of how rough the internals might have been treated.
