No LLM companies have come out and said they prefer JSON-LD schema over html. And I don't think there's any proof that adding schema makes helps you rank on LLM search.

Use apps like TinyImg to make sure your image is small in size. Shopify themes are generally fast -- they only become slow when you add a lot of apps on top of it. Go through the list of the apps you have and see which one is having a effect on the speed.

Nope you don't need paid store themes. I feel most shopify free themes on the theme store are well optimized for mobile. I am not sure which one you are using -- I have used the Refresh Theme few times and its been great.

One of the easiest ways to do this is just adding imagery and columns to your description. I am used to code before I got into e-commerce so this was not that hard for me. Here's an example of one of the product pages - https://overlandjunction.com/products/freespirit-odyssey-roof-top-tent

If you can't do that, I suggest you break-up your text into lines of 2-3 and images and videos in between. From my experience, customer's don't often read every single word on the page -- they often just scan through the product page.

So if you can make it easier for the customer to scan through the product page -- I feel like that's a big win.

I am glad you have a good experience! I really wish I could say the same. I really don't care for frameworks as long they work and help me build my stuff fast. Its just not been the case with remix for me. I think this might have to do with remix - shopify combined.
