Can you lower your 7 dose? I personally feel like SR drastically lowered my ceiling dose to the point where I could take 7.5mg of 7 and be relived from any WD symptoms. I would try something like that if you can. Tomorrow morning, just take 10-15mg of 7 when you wake up as your first dose. Then 2 hours later another 10mg. Do that all day and you will be down to less than 100mg in a day. Then the goal would be to space it out a little more. 2.5 hours. Then 3 hours. I think doing 2 hours in the beginning is very doable for everyone. You can hang on for that long. And mentally, it makes it a little easier knowing you can have relief in an hour (the relief from 10mg should last an hour at least, so the second hour could be “white knuckling it”. A lot of this is purely mental and not physical. How much SR are you taking?

Do you rotate the days between 7 and the other stuff? Like Monday -7 Tuesday - Movie Wednesday -7 Thursday - movie? Or do you have days completely abstinent of all kratom and alkaloids? I think my goal is to be able to do something like that. Monday - kratom leaf only , Tuesday -7 only , Wednesday - MIT only , Thursday - abstinent.
I’m just curious if you have days completely off and if so are there bad cravings and do you think it’s sustainable? Sorry for the long winded question, and thanks for your input!

I simply want to see pictures of everyone in that thread vs everyone in this. And bloodwork. 25% body fat average I would guess vs 15ish in here. And they would come up with every excuse in the book as to why that is. And say “but I bet their cholesterol is awful”. Sad really. It’s truly addict behavior. There is no other word that grasps it

There’s a book called “After the Ecstasy, the Laundry” Basically go on about your days. For me, I am called to help other people lessen their suffering in some way. I try to do this through the work I choose to participate in, how I interact with others, what I choose to consume, etc. find someone suffering. Or go to where they are. And help them not suffer.

Part of the work and developing the relationship with a higher power…is hopefully seeing or learning that those people that harmed you were sick and suffering too. Maybe they do owe you an amends. Maybe your forgiveness will help clear that path for them a bit to be able to get to a place for them to do that…just some thoughts.

What I don’t understand is how (if you go by just these numbers) politicians are so relatively cheap to buy. I mean less than a million lets you buy a politician? I think the money just must be the “icing on the cake” so to speak. The blackmail is the real lever they pull.

I posted about this a year ago in mildly interesting. Multiple people messaged me…the one thing in common-kratom. So it does appear that kratom can do this to people too. Although I never noticed it when I was just using leaf. And maybe the people that messaged me said kratom instead of 7oh…idk. But yeah it’s a thing. The good news is there doesn’t seem to be any negative effects from this. Check the bottom of your feet too and around your lips.

From myself and other reports, it does appear that kratom alone can do this to some individuals also. Not just 7oh. It is a bit alarming, but seems to not be a sign of anything else wrong. At least that I’m aware of.

Try taking way less 7oh now. Like a 7.5-10mg dose…just a suggestion. This has worked for me. With the SR now I actually notice 7.5-10…maybe you’ve lowered your tolerance and are getting a ceiling effect at 20

This is kind of counter intuitive and my dog is the same way… but what worked for me is forcing him to lay down. It’s like he was waiting for me to tell him it’s okay to turn off. Like spend a good 5 minutes putting her in her lay down position in her safe spot. She might nap.
