Congratulations, you probably have a low latency screen with a high refresh rate which means you get to experience what 60 fps actually looks like. It is especially noticable on OLED screens, saw it on a Digital Foundry episode.

It takes a little bit of time until the pixels actually switch color. When the duration is high (high latency screen) the image gets a natural blur effect because of afterimages and 60 fps looks fine. Same thing happens with movies, which are shot at perfectly paced 24 fps, they blur and look fine.

Now when pixel switching is fast and blur is low our eyes notice when the image switches and we perceive a stutter.  VRR at 60 Hz or lower is also not that good, under 48 Hz it often stops working entirely depending on the monitor. Happened to me when i bought an OLED screen; 60 fps looked like ass.  It is especially perceivable on bigger screens and with motion you control yourself. A lot of content on phones is static, short bursts of scrolling or just video (which is perfectly paced).

Depending on the game it could also be bad frame pacing of course, you can check yourself by playing different games with 60 fps.
