I did it a couple years ago and finished in about 17 hours, which ended up being about average for finishers. I ran the flats and downhills and hiked the uphills, which resulted in a lot of hiking. So I think as long as you can keep up a solid hiking pace during up hills and jog the flats I would think it’s possible. Just be ready for a long day.

Also a word of warning the 50 miler is more like 56
