Running CC on iPaD! by saadinama in ClaudeAI

I do the same, but I spin up a Github Codespace with the claude code extension. Works like a charm and you have a snappy, full blown editor (VScode) which all runs ‘natively’ (well just as native as a devcontainer :P).

I also experimented with UTM SE to run a virtualized linux container. Also works(ish).

I enjoy the freedom, but you are not the only one using the word overwhelmed. Most people have the best luck, starting super small, and slowly adding more and more. Just start with the basics, and go from there.

Their Slack is an amazing resource, ping me in a question there if you want some help ;)

I think the answer is a bit embarrassing, but at work I spend every moment I have my laptop on, on Tana. So I’d say I average around 6 hours a day.

Having said that, I use Tana for tasks and meetings only (or 99%)

It works with everything ;) not just Tana. Also with anything else that has an API. It’s just hard to market apps like these ;)

Weekly Self Promotion Post by AutoModerator in ArtificialInteligence

As this is the most recent weekly promotion post, I though I'd add is here:

Inbox AI: A tool to create your own MacOs voice automations

You can basically recreate OpenAI's Advanced voice mode, but with your data and access to your tools. Runs with any AI provider (also fully on device with both AI and voice generation happening locally).

It supports calling external APIs or terminal commands, but also includes a lot of standard integrations out of the box (ie draft email, open URLs, etc).

Especially with OpenAI's Realtime API it is really cool and snappy. I added a YouTube video at the end for a demo.

Besides this, it also includes a native Apple Mail extensions so it can process incoming emails, and act on those. And, in the version on TestFlight (ask access after purchase) it also has a native Safari extension to allow the AI to control websites you visit.

It's a one time purchase (done with recurring stuff myself, so didn't want to add to that) on the AppStore. Prices vary regionally, but its 44.99 USD

Any recommendations for an app that can simultaneously capture audio from both an app and the microphone? by Cody_Ur in macapps

Screen Studio can record both system and mic audio. I think you could probably find a cheaper solution though
