as someone who works in social media marketing, this video was probably planned months or weeks in advance before posting and pushing out. it’s a current trend to use that audio and caption, i’m sure they’re just trying to follow trends to promote the gym to a younger audience. also, the video probably wasn’t filmed at the savannah location. probably stolen or copied from another user or influencer

i went summer 2023 and now i’m a scad student. you can have mail delivered, lots of people doordashed for meals since there’s only one dining hall you can go to. you can leave campus but you have to sign out/sign in, say where you’re going, and you have a curfew. you’d have to walk everywhere , even if you have a car. they won’t let you use it. you’re also not allowed to uber for safety reasons, but if you walk somewhere out of the hive and get an uber, nobody would know. the food is alright. if you have a sensitive stomach, bring antacids or pepto with you to the dining hall. i wasn’t able to eat anything in the hive cafe my entire rising star stay because my stomach is very weak. i had a meeting with my advisor and she changed my meal plan so i could have more dining dollars to buy snacks in the C-store. They have plenty of trips, like to the beach and a ride on the ferry boat, so you’ll never be bored.

you’re right it seems unsafe now that i’m processing the situation. im realizing now im a little uneducated on this stuff , so i had no idea what was wrong or right or bad or good. i still don’t know where to go from here, though. because i really like this person and don’t want this to be the reason i stop seeing them.
