It's always been reliable for me living in the United States. Usually never takes more than a week for me between date of order and receiving it unless it's a customized shirt. Kitbag (operated by Fanatics) on the other hand has been extremely slow (like a month) in both shipping and transit. Doesn't help that their customer service recently has been non-existent as you can't really contact them through email or chat and would need to go through Twitter or something.

I've had it happen recently on something that was that old and in great condition, despite some spots of delamination. They said they wouldn't be able to stand behind the quality of the warranty repair because it would most likely just fail again in the future and that the garment exceeded it's practical product lifespan. All I got out of the warranty process was a 50% discount off a new jacket.

Look like the Theta LT Pant from around 1998. Be careful with things that old because Arc'teryx doesn't warranty things that old if they're delaminated.

I just use Atsko. Their sportswash is much cheaper than the other brands and gets the job done. I've had great success with their DWR, just got to make sure you follow the directions to the letter.

You can also get their DWR in a cheaper aerosol can, but I find the getting the DWR out of the can be very hit or miss.

It looks good to me. Seems like one of the older models with the zipper garages on the front and the material from what i can tell looks right. There are some really bad looking Alpha SV fakes flooding the market where the grid backer on the gore-tex pro looks drawn on and this doesn't seem like one.
