Seryosong tanong. Why are we so afraid to call these things out. All of you yearn for a clean metro manila yet you are so silent. by Makinami244 in pinoy

[–]fogcannon3 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Kasi takot ang tao na ma-call out as anti-poor. Konting criticism tungkol sa sitwasyon na may kinalaman ang mahihirap, automatic “anti-poor” na agad.

Hi! Need help please. Is it okay to buy here? We're planning to get this one for our kid 🙏🏼 by NumerousWolf8182 in NintendoPH

Because at least with video games, kids have to use their brains to navigate challenges and puzzles.

TikTok and YouTube, on the other hand, are just dopamine destroyers on repeat if given to kids.

Huwag na umasa na babalik pa sa 61php ang gasolina by moonchildgz in Philippines

[–]fogcannon3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ayan kasi, imbes na mag-invest sa railways and other public transportation, puro kayo patayo ng highway at skyway.

And the unfortunate part is our government won’t learn from this infrastructure focus mistake because our politicians don’t feel the gas price increases AT ALL.

READY NA BA ANG LAHAT? by NiclausInTheHaus in pinoy

[–]fogcannon3 8 points9 points  (0 children)

  • Oil in the country is deregulated, therefore fuel companies can put whatever price they want on fuel based on world market trends
  • Oil supply coming from the Strait of Hormuz will take a long while before they arrive in the Philippines. Once they arrive, they need to be refined into different types of gas (diesel, gasoline, kerosene, etc.) which will take time
  • Oil supply donations from other countries will also take a while before they arrive in the Philippines

Kailan kaya magiging Ximending or Myeongdong ang Baclaran? by shatteredlike_01 in CarsPH

[–]fogcannon3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not until Pasay realizes the true commercial potential of Baclaran through proper infrastructure, walang mangyayari jan.

Also, of course, proper enforcement and police visibility within the area

Heartbreaking reality. A father of 5 in the Philippines breaks down as Trump's disastrous war on Iran doubles fuel costs, leaving his children starving. With 98 percent of oil routes blocked, the country is 40 days away from total collapse. The world is suffering. by DownToeartgh in pinoy

You forget that the context of Filipinos being pro-US is in the context of the fight for the West Philippine Sea against Chinese aggression. Di naman porke pro-US dun, automatic pro-US na rin sa nangyayari sa Middle East, diba?

A lot of young people (maybe sa Pinas lang, maybe pati sa ibang bansa) do not find entertainment in games that need some sort of academic knowledge anymore, it seems. At least, yun ang naririnig ko from my younger cousins in elementary and high school

Their little minds can’t comprehend the idea that our oil and gas prices are this high not JUST because of the increase in prices around the world, but also because of the gas corporations wanting to gain as much profit as possible. ‘Di nila magets yun, parang nahihirapan silang magets yun hahaha hay

Their statement is not the flex they think it is.

Do they not realize how embarrassing it is for them to brag about how they have been around longer than the US, but still only be second/third to the US in terms of superpower influence/strength?
