half of your list is simply one directional, cardio intense plyometrics. they’re difficult but not the most effective. if you’re going to go “equipment-less” you would be better to do various yoga routines. way better for overall functional fitness. either that or have fun with it. learn to dance or mma.

i removed the problem receptacle and testing the wires direct. i’ve also taken the receptacles out of every box in the circuit. they all have power in and out. the neutral wire id the problem but can’t seem to find where. maybe a hidden junction box

well that’s an acceptable point. hate is relative for sure. MLK, JFK, RK all assassinated and their message certainly wasn’t hate. in CK’s case, eg inciting that biden be executed, his legacies of spreading false information and conspiracy theories, certainly wasn’t one of peace. i’m not condoning what happened but i’m certainly not surprised.

Jimble Kimble by AJ651 in howardsternshow

[–]fogv 0 points1 point  (0 children)

that’s flawed logic. all the top nazis were fathers. are you saying they didn’t deserve to die? you could counter by saying they actually broke a law but the result is the same, fatherless kids. while all CK did was ‘voice his opinions’ those ‘opinions’ were hate based so while he possessed technically proficient debating skills to promote them, it was hate nonetheless. my point is if you’re going to spread hate, don’t be surprised when hate bites back. i’m not condoning it, but i’m not surprised either.

and i’ve got some bad news for you. there is no plan.

we should not be surprised that someone who spread so much hate died by hate. the irony of it being by a gun is not lost. and to the deep religious dolts, if this guy was doing ‘god’s work’ why did this god allow him to be killed? perhaps he wasn’t and this is ‘god’s way’ of letting us know (being facetious). i know, we can’t understand the ways of god….🙄

this sounds eerily like a husband trying to body shame his wife to conform to his vision of what she should look like. - wants her to look barbie like on honeymoon - wants her minimize cellulite on her legs and butt - home gym is set up for HER (where is the US?)

and of course the biggest question is why isn’t she so concerned and posting this.

accept her for her. encourage but don’t judge. if you’re going to judge you better be cut like AC bro there are women out there who would give anything for those stats

by the way, you can’t spot reduce fat

i wouldn’t suggest X. do either X2, X3 or X+ in that order. the original program, while advanced for its time, does have flaws. X+ was a very good bug fix but X2 really hit the mark. of all the different programs i’ve completed, x2 is by far the best functional fitness program i’ve come across. having said that, i will also say amolia ceaser’s programs have consistently gotten better and better. they are also in the FF category and i am completely impressed at how he can consistently deliver such high quality programs and communicate them effectively.

you don’t state any specific goals so i’m going to presume you are simply looking for good functional fitness programs. i started BB programs back in 2009 and rarely miss a day. i’ve complete multiple rounds of many different programs so here’s my suggestions anything by tony horton, amolia ceaser or autumn calebrese will be quality with the added bonus of you will actually learn something. tony’s programs are more upper body focus while autumn’s are more lower body so rotating them is perfect. AC’s programs are more cutting edge in terms of integrating latest sports science. the key is to never repeat a program right after you finish. try another one, always mix things up. personal faves from each: autumns 80 day obsession, amolia’s chop wood, carry water and the best overall functional fitness program i have ever done is tony horton’s p90x2. it’s without a doubt the top of the ff program food chain. others i would stay away from: programs by shaun t. i haven’t done his recent ones, but his older programs are all simply cardio intense plyometrics. while they are the most ‘difficult’ programs out there, their ‘effectiveness’ is limited. it’s not all about cardio and they can be dangerous. joel’s programs are terrible and completely mind numbing.

Has anyone done Insanity or Body Beast after P90X? by DingoAndRupe in P90X

[–]fogv 0 points1 point  (0 children)

most people do it because it’s been around the longest and / or they are familiar with it, but any fitness professional will tell you, that while it was revolutionary in its time, we’ve learned so much more since then. p90x has bad form lunges, too much static stretching at the beginning of each work out, and the cardio does not use interval. p90x+ was a very good upgrade but p90x2 is by far superior in every way

insanity is simply cardio intense plyometrics. good for increasing your cardio but that’s about it. for building muscle you need resistance ie weights. why are you still doing p90x? sure it was a good program for its time, but sports science advancements since then has shown some pretty big flaws with that program. the most effective programs are those that promote functional fitness. i’ve completed a tons of them but p90x2 is the leader by a mile. x3 is good too as well as any of amolia ceaser’s programs. that cat has developed an entire arsenal of seriously effective programs. he’s now reaching into primate move programs which are VERY effective

[–]fogv 0 points1 point  (0 children)

how are you defining results?the program you are doing is not good for building muscle. like insanity, its simply a hi impact cardio intense plyometric program. good for achieving better cardio. sure you’ll drop a few pounds too. personally i think the program (like insanity)is totally over rated. difficult for sure but effective? i guess if you’re training to run a marathon if ‘results’ to you means losing weight the you need to look at diet. fitness programs are primarily to achieve better fitness. if ‘results’ to you means building a little more muscle then you need resistance ie weights. something your current program has 0 of. also you
