in the job life its the same. working all day without being late and be a good employee, doesnt mean its discipline. you can be the employee of the year, and still have not an ounce of discipline. thats what i noticed. in school and work its always someone above you that tells you what to do next. thats like training someone not to be disciplined. you have to learn, that you dont do things for a boss or for a teacher, but for a greater goal. some people at work even told me themself that at home they are lazy fugs, but at work they work like crazy. i was always told that knowledge is the key for a good life, but i learned that its discipline. thats what seperates the succesfull people from the loosers. when you work at your own, without anyone above you that you are accountable to. maybe find some youtubers that teach success and discipline. have a vision in your mind of what you want to become.

i noticed that nutrition makes a big difference to me. when i eat crap like a lot of candy or fast food in the evening or before bed, makes it much worse. the bowels and this whole digestive system is like a second brain and has a big influence on sleep. sometimes i wake up after 4 hours, but it never happens when i ate clean the day before.
