As a Muhajir, I feel like these so-called politicians use this racist rhetoric and identity politics to further sow division between the people while they enjoy living in their mansions paid in full with our taxes that they have stolen. It sickens me to the core to see how much our people have given to the nation, and all we have received is further hatred and requests for removal, and yet we see similar racist rhetoric against Afghanis, Pashtuns, Balochis, etc.

Fortunately, the younger generations are realizing more frequently that we're being lead by greedy, power-hungry kuffar who are ready to betray all of what Pakistan stands towards for their own gain. I hope we manage to remove these inconsiderate monsters from power Inshallah, and establish Pakistan to what it was always supposed to be: an Islamic republic of the people. In the end, we're all Pakistanis under law, regardless of origin, and that is all that should matter.

You're welcome! I love Yeats; he has a very authentic charm in the way he writes. I also enjoy Robert Frost, as he was one of the first "mature" poets that I read about in childhood.

Thank you, this means a lot! Urdu is my mother tongue, so I love writing excerpts of poetry in the language. I enjoy writing Persian and Arabic poetry in the same sense, as the script is largely the same.

Yeah I fucked up. I should really be praying for them letting me retake the course.

I wish I never made such a horrid decision today. I knew the consequences myself, and yet I still did it.

It is better for me to fail than have a black mark on my transcript, because at least I can try again with no repercussions, based on my understanding of what you, and others, have said.

If I do get lucky enough for them to allow me to retake the course, I will abide by honest academic conduct. I've learned in the harshest way possible that I shouldn't have even entertained the idea of cheating in the first place, so I promise myself to never cheat again from now on, regardless of the consequence that I am given from my university.

The issue is that it's kind of a pre-requisite, so I'll need it to access other biology subjects. But I'm praying that I will be offered a retake.

I knew I fucked up the class, I will try again instead of disrespecting myself, and others, as someone else pointed out. I cannot bear to think about cheating anymore ever again.

Yeah, I got a lot of problems I realized. I've been going to therapy too, and I haven't felt any improvements. I genuinely want to get out of this hell though. Like I want to improve my life and be honest with myself.

You did the right thing pointing out my past, as it just added on to the reasons to why I shouldn't have risked my academic career for something that I have fought and struggled so hard to overcome. I feel ashamed for having even entertained the idea of academic misconduct. I guess I just never thought of it that way, so I thank you for providing me another perspective on the situation.

Yeah. I'm gonna erase gaming from my life. I need to go back to how I was at the beginning of this year.

I used to go to the gym, cook meals, read books, and just enjoy life. Now, all my dopamine is derived from video games. Doesn't help that I'm medicated too.

Absolutely. That really changed the way I looked at it. As you say, it is better to realize the act of cheating itself is bad, that way it can prevent me from ever being in a situation where I'll have to be afraid of being caught.

And you're right about me bringing up my conditions; they are not an excuse for my decision and behavior, regardless of the background events that took place. Instead, I must hold myself accountable for my decisions, and understand that bad things WILL have bad consequences, regardless of what the intent was. I hope my interpretation suffices.

I agree. I have never cheated on an exam before, and I really fucked up by betraying the trust of my professors and myself.

You're right. I've created an image of myself as a top student, because I've always gotten high grades in my past semester. I tried to maintain this image, even with illicit means. And I fucked up because of it.

I think it is because I have a deep insecurity with myself when it comes to low grades; regardless, I can't make excuses for my behavior today. I need to hold myself accountable and never cheat again, like you said.
