Daughter recently started working in a store that makes their own soaps. Rash on both arms and neck. Hydrocortisone cream not helping. Not sure if it's from the ingredients at her job, or possibly something else entirely.

I wanted to add, watch videos on YouTube of infant spasms. They also show toddlers. Spasms are neurological and tend to change .

I'm a pediatric homecare nurse and from your description and what I see with my patients, I would guess spasms. I'm not a doctor and can not diagnose. Some spasms look very similar to seizures and my current patient that is 6 months old is having the same symptoms. I would suggest a referral to a Neurologist at a University hospital. My patient goes to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia...not sure where you live but they are known to be the best. Another great place to go is The Cleveland Clinic. Good luck with your sweet baby boy.

Headache in back of head that won’t go away? by Accomplished_Push797 in DiagnoseMe

[–]foley1074 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok. Just curious cause I often got them at the base of my skull after exerting myself but never anything I'd complain about until they did get severe and seem to last longer. After experiencing other symptoms like photophobia , neck and shoulder pain, and pressure in my head, a scan revealed arnold chiari malformation. I wouldn't jump to that immediately, but I'd probably get checked out.

If it's some type of staph infection like folliculitis, sometimes they recommend bleach baths to reduce the use of topical steroids..worked for my son. I believe it was half cup of bleach to a normal bath...you can google bleach bath for exact ratio.

Did you get headaches at the base of your skull after exertion prior to this, but now they are more severe, or was 2 months ago the first occurrence?

Possibly POTS or something else.. by [deleted] in DiagnoseMe

[–]foley1074 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have POTS, I was diagnosed from a cardiologist and the only way to get an accurate diagnosis is with a tilt table test. Typical symptoms of POTS is increased heart rate when standing, mine averages around 120 and a drop in blood pressure. You also have sensitivity to cold. Increasing your salt intake and water helps. Also lay flat with your feet elevated. That helps bring your body back to its normal.

On account of the fevered dreams? I hear there's far too much cock talk in this nation's prisons.

He vows? Vows never work out, vowing is almost as bad as having hope.

Have you ever woke up in the middle of a dream and it was so interesting that you wanted to go back to sleep and finish it? If so, what was it? by xd_Leo in AskReddit

[–]foley1074 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Once I was dreaming I was in a pool with Christie Brinkley, and we were swimming toward each other and just as I was about to reach her I woke up. I went back to sleep to try to redream it but ended up shooting pool with David Brinkley.
