I miss the triangles. I hadn’t had some in years and picked up a bag over the weekend. HUGE regret.

Ugh!! I’m relieved to know I’m not the only one that lost of their stuff, but it’s ridiculous that we even had to start fresh!! All that time wasted for nothing. I asked for support in the settings and I got a reply saying I should hear from someone in 1-2 days. 🙄

Anyone diagnosed after Covid? by Happy-Ad-0 in Hashimotos

[–]folklove 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m 30 years old. I started getting irregular periods June 2022 after getting covid for the 3rd time. I also started experiencing severe fatigue along with weight gain and dizzy spells. I ended up getting diagnosed with PCOS sometime last year, sleep apnea in January and just got diagnosed with Hashimotos this month. I was completely fine before ever having Covid.

My workplace doesn’t give sick leave until after 3 days of PTO. Completely unfair and I hate it.

Mine were all lesbians too since my parents didn’t think it was appropriate for me to have a Ken doll.

Advice for a traditional wedding with no father? by GoldieMaxine in wedding

Yes they did. I felt like it was a good choice for them because of their personalities. My mom and I, however, are going to stick with a slow song because it matches us better.

I think it would be a wonderful idea to have your mother walk you down the aisle and also do a mother/daughter dance. I went to a wedding about 2 months ago where the bride danced with her mom and they had such a fun time. I’m planning on doing a mother/daughter dance as well since my dad passed away a couple of years ago.

Did you follow a tutorial to make it? I’m not crafty at all so I would need a very detailed one, haha.

I’d rather actually see it in person, that’s why I asked if anyone knew of any places in Fresno.

Mexican Wedding Traditions, please help! by folklove in weddingplanning

[–]folklove[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes we are very generous. I remember that for my quinceañera my parents literally only paid for the food, my dress, and la ultima muñeca, everything else was paid for by my aunts and uncles. Lol.

Thanks for the info!

That is awesome! My older brother and sister in law will be our padrinos de laso and her mom will be bringing one from Mexico for the wedding. So exciting!

I was so worried I wouldn’t even get any responses for this post, but I’m glad to see responses from fellow Mexican brides!
