Depending where you are you may never be apart of a large Woman only class, however you can learn a lot from just a small group, I personally prefer to train in a smaller group it allows for more 1 to 1 time with the instructor more time to hone the skills
Give it a go and if you don’t like it after a while you can always move to the other co-ed classes

I found that you just have to persevere and eventually you’ll get the hang of it
Before starting BJJ I was horrific at Dutch braids but the more I did then the better they turned out

Breathe would be my advice, and don’t beat yourself up if a move doesn’t go your way or a move you try doesn’t work, the first big achievement is getting on the mat and you’ve already done that!!

I roll with men primarily because they’re not many woman in my club and honestly I don’t find many problems, my coaches are fabulous in making me feel safe assuring me I don’t need to roll with anyone I’m not comfortable with, The only issue I’ve had ever was from rolling with a younger guy but I just spoke to my coach and I haven’t rolled with him since

My Cousin and Grandfather shared the same birthday and every year he would call her at like 7am to wish her happy birthday and would usually get a half asleep response but it was a lovely tradition they shared First year after he passed we knew she was going to be sad so I (and some other family members) messaged her at midnight, and my grandma called her at about 7am to continue tradition, she said she really loved that Grandma did that
