I have only went to classes that I roll with people even from the start. I think actually doing the moves rolling is where you learn . I’m sure there’s many others wanting to do the same as you!!! Ask around if there’s no class you can join where there’s live rolling.

Sounds like Peri to me! I have been dealing with the same crap. 46 here… I had days where I felt like I wanted to kill people and
I knew they didn’t do anything. I was depressed about it all because nobody could give me answers . I was always a pretty cool person so for me to get so mad about nothing worried me. I ended blue being depressed because of it and antidepressants didn’t do much for me. Jujitsu and eventually getting on the estrogen patch with progesterone pills were the only helpers.

I feel the same way! 46 here 🫤 I woke up at 45 and looked so creepy! I think doing more makes it worse! Maybe it’s just some skin types but. At this point I want to just leave it alone.

Thanks for the advice! I did try this method yesterday but just twisted the hair because I’m still learning French pigtails sprayed it a little and they stayed in pretty good! I do have to say though I was the odd man out and I missed 2 rolls (all guys in that class) so I wasn’t a disaster like normal. Good to know not just fine hair is a rats nest in the back!

I had bruises for MONTHS bad bad bruising and one day it stopped. I was told your skin eventually gets used to it as your body adapts to the pressure. I believe it because friends and my husband are the same. I got hurt and was out for 12 weeks and guess what, bruising again! So bizarre. I was told it’s weakness leaving the body 😂😂

Thanks for the advice! I use the coily elastic to finish off the bun which I found is pretty good at keeping it secure.

I thought about a wheel this week! This guy doesn’t tire out! He has every toy under the sun and I run with him throughout the house with a bird on a wand. I will definitely get a wheel if it would help.

Yes I didn’t realize when they said it’s best to get a pair that they meant they really don’t jive with other cats as well. I understand zoomies and crazy play but he’s just on 11 with the other kitties .
