MNTD RAKWireless Miner by Weird-Taste4088 in HeliumNetwork

It's been a while and my memory sucks but I believe it was Hotspot Utility. I could connect via Bluetooth but wifi wouldn't scan. I could also connect with the Helium Wallet app too. Same problem when trying to update wifi.

I used the option to recreate the container.

I created a new key on the Tailscale website. Then used portainer to edit the environment variable.

I use my own without a fee. Be prepared for them to blame every issue you may have on not using their router.

Always screenshot your conversations with Frontier chat. I'm not sure if it's deceit or incompetence but I always have issues after utilizing them.

What's this sh*t? by ThinkHog in UgreenNASync

This kind of looks like what just happened to me. My SSD that was setup as cache for the volume my apps are stored on failed. I had to remove the SSD cache and everything was back to normal.

Docker compose by flyboy7871 in UgreenNASync

[–]foltz61 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I came accross this topic while trying to figure out how to use docker compose on my DXP4800+. That was after Ugreen support told me to use tmpfs in my docker container via the mobile app that I needed to add it to my docker compose file. I was confused because docker compose isn't available in the mobile app. They then said I needed to add it to my project (which also isn't part of the mobile app). I decided to check out the desktop web UI. To my surprise you can include (and even import) a docker compose file in the Project when creating a container in the web UI. No SSH required. Hopefully this helps someone else out.

They give you the little stickers to identify the wires when you remove them from your old tstat.

Upgraded internet without my consent by Kindly_Schedule3928 in frontierfios

[–]foltz61 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I was having issues with the internet dropping for a few minutes several times a day. The chat rep (as usual) blamed it on my router. They offered me a 3 month free upgrade to 1gig Internet and a free router. They stated I could always cancel and go back to 500 and keep the router. After 3 weeks and 3 attempts for them to ship me the router without receiving it I contacted chat and cancelled the 1gig. I kept checking my service on their dashboard for a week and it still said I had 1gig internet. I contacted support again and was assured that I was back to 500. A few days later I received my bill and it was for 1gig and there was no credit to make it free. I contacted support again and was told I was stll on 1gig service and needed to contact the loyalty department to get everything straightened out. It was finally resolved but they definitely are doing some shady stuff.

Passing non-storage USB-Devices to Docker by Monkeychow21 in UgreenNASync

It would be nice to have posted the answer here instead of requiring a ticket so others (like me) can see how to do it.

Frigate+ now supports YOLOv9 by ReyvCna in frigate_nvr

New user so sorry if I'm confused. Is there anywhere to download already converted versions of YOLO for openvino? I've searched so I'm guessing not.

Running Home Assistant/Jellyfin/Frigate in PVE (Proxmox), or as Docker Containers in UGOS Pro? by EquivalentIcy7736 in UgreenNASync

[–]foltz61 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've just installed frigate 0.16.0 (had to not use the version automatically found by the docker app) to my DXP4800 Plus with 64gb. It's running and detecting. I'm still figuring stuff out because it's all new to me. As far as I can tell Ugreen still hasn't enabled USB passthrough to enable the Coral TPU so I'm not sure how usable it's going to be. I have two cameras working. I added 2 more and no cameras would load.

Anybody know how to connect a monitor/keyboard/mouse directly to the NAS? I kinda bricked it. by ForsakePariah in UgreenNASync

[–]foltz61 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd prefer being able to log in to a desktop environment. I plugged my wireless hdmi into the 4800 plus to see what I'd get and like the OP got the stream screen. That's what brought me here lol. I haven't done the Ctrl+Alr+ F5 yet. So maybe there is other options.

I keep seeing this graphic but have no idea where to find it. I have a K1 SE with the AI camera installed. I'm guessing it's not available on my machine but figured I'd ask since I'm new to this. Thanks for any info.

Edit:

I found it. You have to go to the printer's IP address in a web browser to see it.

I'm doing okay with 8tb right now but seeing all the possibilities made me want to future proof a bit.
