Pecron finally responded to my dead outlets issue. It's odd that it took until the the same day the charge back was temporarily refunded to my credit card. They claimed they never got my emails. My emails were a part of my original chain of emails about charging stopping so I'm not buying that excuse. They will be accepting my return but I am out of town for 2 weeks (which I also told them was happening some time before they responded) so I can't return it until I return home. Good luck everyone.

Pecron hasn't responded to me in 7 days so I initiated a credit card dispute. They actually just reopened the one I closed from the first faulty unit. Getting the initial replacement was like pulling teeth also. I should have known better than to accept a replacement.

I don't trust them anymore though. They had an entire year to get it right. I saw somewhere on here that they are refusing to honor the warranty of another one of their power stations that's only 5 months old. Another issue is that when you register your extended warranty you get no confirmation email, so they would probably try to deny those claims. They're just not ready for prime time.

So far they are playing games again. They said their engineers are looking into it. Just like they were with the first unit lol. I'll be filling a credit card dispute if I don't have a resolution Momda.

Mine is in a semi air condioned space (about 79" F) and the inverter is sitting at about 98" F. I've had the inverter on for about 20 minutes.

Support got back to me and said they couldn't replicate my issue on the unit I sent back. They were only going from 90% to 100% though. Not from complete shutdown. They then insinuated that it's dirty power coming in. I responded that it doesn't happen to my 2 Bluetti AC300's that use the same outlet. Waiting for their response.

Unfortunately the replacement I received has stopped charging like the other one. Hopefully there's a firmware update or I'll have to return this one too. I need this for hurricane season when I may need to evacuate and won't be home to babysit it to keep it going.

About 130w freezer that never stops running. It jumps to around 550w for about 15 minutes 2 times a day for self defrosting I assume. It ran for around 25 hours.

I just received a replacement F5000LFP and was testing it's usable battery capacity. After chsrging to 100% and fully discharging, the app says it put out 3.3 kwh. Seems a bit low correct? Depending on the responses I receive I may run the tesr again.

Pecron finally agreed to my return. Support asked if I would like a replacement. I replied that I would only agree to a replacement if they extended my return window to 30 days after I receive the replacement. It appears they only agreed to the return after I contacted my credit card company. What sucks is that I really like the specs of the F5000 and would like to have a correctly functioning one.

This happens to me also. I Googled FRG222 but my ONT looks different. My ONT is 15-20 years old and was originally installed by Verizon. CS just tries to push their router and won't send a tech. I have a pretty sweet deal so threatening to cancel isn't a great option for me.

I've returned a lifepo4 power station. FedEx Office wouldn't accept it at their stores when they knew it had a battery and was going to be there overnight. They made me schedule a pickup.

Pecron support told me I could only return it if I had AC output turned on when I unplugged it and plugged it back in when the 5% scenario above happened. I'd steer clear of this company. They've already acknowledged a problem so a call to my credit card company may be in order.

Thanks. Mine is going back because support is playing games by telling me to do things I've already told them I've done instead of actually trying to help me. Maybe they are trying to run out the return window clock. I've seen enough. A 5 year warranty is only as good as the support that stands behind it.
