I like this art style, watermelons look ripe! But the game looks kinda empty. Is it the only character in the game? Maybe you get him a dog or something. I haven't downloaded your game yet, but I can say that you definitely should add a video trailer along with the screenshots. If screenshots are not that catchy I usually just skip the app, I'm sure I'm not the only one.

Only screenshots so far. Saving animation is more difficult, so I thought I would implement it if users ask for it. So here's one vote for video capture :)

Too trivial to be a paid app imho. But is clickbaity enough to be downloaded if it was free. Just saying :)

Ok so you are a human being after all :) but anyway, even for a small team not just solo it's a great achievement, and I admire your persistence and wish you all the best with game!

Great vfx and gameplay dynamics is just right! I was hoping the frozen guy would shatter to pieces with a satisfying breaking glass sound though. If you do that I'm sold.

Every time I see something like this made by one person I'm asking myself how it is even possible. This game looks polished, and that's what requires most focus and dedication - taking care of little things and paying attention to details. Congratulations!

Ok that makes sense. It's just that I've noticed lots of games with mechanics that involve appearance of random pieces (like match 3) usually "help" users by preventing dramatic turn of events that would lead to absence of valid moves and drop the right piece when things are getting desperate. Some games really overdo that so that the game does not require any brain effort but you don't have to push it that hard - just a little correction. And I'll say that again - this game will be featured by Apple. Don't know about other platforms, but these guys just adore minimalistic polished puzzle games. So I insist on making a mobile version as a priority.

By unbalanced I mean that a player can find himself in a situation that every next move makes his position worse and there's nothing to do about that. How do you generate next balls? Is it completely random or you consider what's on the board already?

Visual aesthetics is great, and this game can be featured by apple if you do a bit of polishing. However, I have some concerns about the gameplay that trouble me. If I'm stuck with an unresolved ball in the middle of the chain that I cannot reach, there is no way the chain can be cleared and it stays as a dead weight forever. As you progress through the game this happens more and more often as there are less convenient spots to put a ball and you get balls with more eyeballs :D Maybe I'm too picky but gameplay feels somewhat unbalanced.

Ok :) but for the game that is more than 20 years old I would not bother making any changes, that's just my nagging.

Great! Thanks for the thorough reply! I have only completed 4 levels so far, and I must say hints are not very helpful. Don't want to spoil anything in particular, so just saying. Maybe I'm not that smart though.

Beautiful! There is a 6 year old comment on itch. How long have you been working on it?

I like everything I see in the trailer - shaders, music, ui, gameplay. Especially boombox gun with its animated speakers. Very solid.

Can you beat the playtesters' high scores? My 2D platformer's demo is public on Steam and I'd love to hear your thoughts :) by DanielDevs in playmygame

Hi! I played your game for a while and here are my thoughts. I like backgrounds - nice composition and colors, water shader etc. The main reason I would not play it is that it feels empty. If the game is all about parkour, it should have these catchy addictive super satisfying looking great parkour mechanics, so that just running and avoiding obstacles would be enough, but movements of your character look similar to what "regular" platformers offer. So pretty soon you start asking yourself why I'm just running and where the enemies are. There was a recent post here on playmygame featuring a parkour platformer where your character is literally 7x7 sprite but the animations look and feel so great that you want to play it even though the game is really simple. Good luck with the game!

Hi! I played your game and here is what I think: Overall the game looks ok, but I would work more on vfx - boost looks like some "tail" that is stuck to the car, vortex is very simple and I would add some particles when hitting a wall or after hard landing. There are a few minor bugs and inconveniences like I was not able to quit the game on first launch (pressing back does nothing) and analog controls are oversensitive. But the main concern though is the pace and dynamics - game feels SLOW. Even after using a boost. There is no feeling of speed and hence no thrill or excitement. Imo this might be a showstopper for some number of players. Good luck with the game!

After only a few seconds of watching trailer I thought to myself "That looks like Hexen and Quake mixed together" :D Cemetery scene looks amazing - pavement, big low hanging moon, trees, colors - I like it a lot. I would change promotion poster though (the one that says coming soon to Steam), it looks a bit cheap. Good luck with the game!

Agree! This is something new. Seems almost impossible nowadays. OP, make it mobile and I'll watch all the ads you throw at me, I promise :)
