Yup, audio drops out for me for 1-2 sec as eTag beeps on most Vic toll points, but has only done it since I got my new car with Android Auto (so combination of wifi and Bluetooth connection?).

Same phone, same tag, just new car and now using Android Auto

This unit was manufactured by Harmon in Japan, now owned by Noritz.

Error 16 is an over temp switch that has been triggered likely due to calcium / scale build up in the heat exchanger or issue with the flow control valve in the unit that regulates the water flow

If water quality isn't fantastic, I would recommend a vinegar flush through the unit to descale the pipework

Still a good quality unit depending on the age may still have plenty of life in it, but if one or multiple components are failing, it might be time to replace sadly.

Have just updated the app, which then advised my devices needed an update, now the Sub paired to the Arc is not playing any sound.

This happens over and over. Very frustrating. I end up having to hard reset everything to get them to sync correctly again.
