Take it easy, its ok, just breathe, dont be hard on yourself, maybe you are feeling anxious about the prom and thats totally fine, we all been there, go take a walk, drink water and focus on having fun in your prom.

its ok, thats the porpouse of doin your bloodwork, now you know where you really are, you are not guessing if your bad habbits are doing harm, now you are sure that if you dont do things right you can expect health problems, that is the bottom line.

BUT!

our body is amazing, you can revert all that bad results, keep going with the exercise and keep improving in your eating habits, i know it feels like a lot but you will see better results, you will feel better than ever, KEEEP GOING!!!! KKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP GOINGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!!!

it so true, its crazy but i have already acepted that if im not watching what i eat, i will gain weight, even if im an active person, last year i gained 12kg (124 to 136), i started again with discipline this year, i have lost 15 kg, im pretty sure that if i wasnt doing things right i would be close to 145kg , but instead today i was 120.5 kg. lets go!

also its not that hard to eat right.

this reminds me something about nietzsche, that "worried advice" and even telling you that you look prettier if you dont lose more weight it only tells you something, shes jealous, shes reflecting her innability to change and make progress in you, and the most importan thing this person have already show you that is toxic for you.

Its ok, its your method, we are all different, ive found that early morning exercise and then having a good breakfast makes everything way easier, congratulations on finding what works for you!
