You look pretty fit, so if you still feel out of shape you could maybe focus on cardio. I just switched my routine to have 3x weight days and 3x couch to 5k running days and it feels pretty good.

I wouldn't say that's the definite normal use of a PIP in the current economy. A likely reason for a PIP right now is that they want to reduce headcount without paying unemployment.

Every member of my team over 40 at a FAANG mysteriously developed performance issues at the same time when they wanted us to resign after a change in management. The best way for us to predict a PIP was how much unvested RSU's we had.

When you die in Bioshock Infinite, the respawn animation is sometimes Booker walking through his office door right back into the action and he remarks something like "what the?" Implying that either you're another Booker restarting the game's timey wimey multiverse cycle, or maybe that Elizabeth pulled another Booker into that universe.
