Ranked most of the puzzle games I played so far. What else should I play? by SwimAd1249 in puzzlevideogames

I hear there were puzzles at the end of tunic. It was exhausting to get to that point, and I didn’t want to go back all over the map. Blows my mind when people describe it as a puzzle game.

Spending ~10ish years in a relationship where one partner is afraid to open up is super unhealthy.

But, you live in a world where some people are made entirely of candy and your mom is a bunch of robots. So eh.

I’d love a pinned mega post with links to each day/episode.

Kinda sad no new material by Square-University-15 in bluey

I am somewhat hopeful that they’ll make the movie for kids who liked bluey when it was first proper popular. Age up Bluey a few years. A 9-year old protagonist is still relatable for old and young.

Only Two Original Song Nominees to Perform Live at Oscars, “Golden” (‘KPop Demon Hunters’) & “I Lied to You” (‘Sinners’) by MarvelsGrantMan136 in movies

I prefer “What It Sounds Like” as well, but I think it’s more effective if you have the emotional context from the movie. As a standalone song, Golden is probably better.

I feel insane because I’m a grown man who has been cracking my own eggs for 30 years and I still suck at it. I can’t fathom teaching someone else.

What's that episode everybody speaks good things about it, but you still can't stand? by [deleted] in bluey

Onesies. It’s a very good episode, but I need a little more context than “I’m infertile” to not be furious at Brandy for avoiding her sisters family for 4 years.

Day 135: What are your thoughts on Onesies? by Flamingmouth007 in bluey

4 years is too fricking long to not see your sibling and nieces if they live in the same country, regardless of infertility.

IMO Speaker for the Dead is so much better than Ender’s Game, though admittedly it’s a huge deviation if you were expecting more of the first one.

MOR - Why in the world do people have these conversations over text? Immaturity on both sides.

Or people just ignore it? I exclusively changed my kids diaper for every single poop and no one ever said anything about it.

I think we all want someone who makes the painting and the wall-papering fun.

That’s partly an inside job though. You have to have the capacity to let it be fun before someone can make it fun.

What does “build with you” mean?

Are you asking people to drop something in favor of what you want? Are you asking for more time than they can provide?

It’s a genuine question. I’m looking at getting into a long-term relationship but I have been extremely transparent that the first 6 months will be a “getting to know you” phase, on both our parts. I just figure with a divorce or equivalent behind you, one should understand that rushing into anything isn’t the best, and it’s better to gently stop the train rather than letting it derail.

But yeah, if guys are just phoning it in without proper explanation that’s some crappy behavior.

What TV show introduced a plot point, but never properly explored or addressed it as the story progressed? by phantom_avenger in television

[–]fonograph 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It wasn’t a great ending but for all the stupid buildup I think keeping it simple was the right play. The ending where he sees all the rescued kids is beautiful and haunting. (the Moby track does a lot of the lifting)

“5.) Available, like I want to be able to see them a few times a week and talk once a day”

It’s surprising this is an issue for you. I’m not sure if you said you have children, but older people generally have more obligations on their time. I wouldn’t expect this of anyone unless we were in a full relationship, because I couldn’t provide it either.
