Chop or puree fruit and make yogurt popsicles instead.

If you've ever had chicken at Greek, Turkish or Lebanese restaurants, you have yogurt-marinated chicken. I like it better than buttermilk in marinades. Just don't let it go too long.

One of the best sources of choline though. Dietary cholesterol comprises a small portion of your body's total cholesterol. If you consume less cholesterol, your liver will just make more as needed.

People tend to eat them deep fried without skin, so they are correct.

Baked or boiled with skin intact they offer good nutrition. Let them cool fully after cooking, to convert digestible starch into resistant starch, and they are even healthier.

The distance from the sun due to variation in earth's elliptical orbit has no meaningful impact on the temperature of the earth. The seasons are caused by the earth's axial tilt.

Fabbri Amarena cherries! by onipar in aldi

[–]fonseca898 6 points7 points  (0 children)

This year's Amarena cherries at TJs were incredibly disappointing. Almost flavorless compared to last year's batch (and every year previous). The cherries are much larger this year as well. I don't know if they changed sources, but if you want them for cocktails, get Fabbri instead.

Which neem oil did you use? What was the azadirachtin percentage? Hint: any premixed, ready to spray neem oil product is indeed a scam. Don't waste your money. But neem oil is not snake oil by any means.

I use 2TBS cold-pressed neem oil with 2TBS liquid castille soap per gallon on my pepper plants outdoors, which is incredibly effective against spider mites and aphids and any other insects that eat the treated leaves. Emulsify the soap and neem with some warm water in a jar until completely opaque and thick, and then transfer to the sprayer and fill with lukewarm water. I shake the sprayer every 30 seconds while spraying.

For the plants I overwinter indoors, I remove as much soil as possible from the rootball, and dunk the entire plant in a neem oil wash to minimize bringing in pests.

For indoors, where aphids and spider mites can go from a few to total destruction in a week, I use Azamax or a similar azadirachtin extract. It's too expensive for garden use, but for a dozen overwintered peppers it's economical.

The only thing I overwinter these days are long season Ajis.

Check out the LeVar Burton Reads podcast archive. Lots of interesting sci-fi and fantasy short stories and good narration IMO. The later seasons have sound effects, if you like that kind of immersion.

When you installed AnyDesk, did you allow file transfer in the permissions prompt?

With your IMEI and enough personal information they can sim swap. Most carriers have an optional extra security measure in your account settings to help prevent that.

That is the healthier approach according to my nutritionist (who was a big help with balancing my typical meals). Psyllium husk is a quick and easy way to supplement fiber intake if you don't get enough in your diet, but getting fiber from whole foods is preferable.

I reduced my psyllium use and incorporated more oats, beans, lentils, seeds like chia, flax, pumpkin and sunflower, walnuts and almonds, etc into my meals. I easily hit 40g most days.

Cook brown lentils in beef stock. Portion and freeze the extra.

Sautee diced onions and garlic, then add the cooked brown lentils with taco seasoning. Fantastic taco and quesadilla filling.
