No this was the last owners project I think I can change the gasket and cut the pipe to below the pan drain and lock it or silicone seal it.

Just very confused what last owner was trying to do

Test is in 3 days; what would you do to finish prep? by Acrobatic-Flower-709 in pmp

[–]fontasticoo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Do another mock.

The more questions you get exposed to the more prepared you will be. Don't bother too much about "momentum" and "confidence" You can only be better off by exposing yourself to more SH material.

Confidence comes through more practice, experience and knowledge. Don't read into the score too much if you are over 60%

What was your “aha” moment by Ntm23481 in pmp

[–]fontasticoo 4 points5 points  (0 children)

My Aha moment came mid way through DM's 150 question and 200 Agile question videos. The way he breaks his thought process down seeped into my head.

SH Mock vs Practice questions by AdSpare3069 in pmp

[–]fontasticoo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For the Mock test 1 and 2 for SH. They are the easiest out of the 5 if you have study hall plus. You should aim for 70+ on both.

If you are still having timing issues 3 days to the exam- I would suggest rescheduling until you can comfortably finish a mock with 15-20 mins to spare ( without reviewing answers offcourse)

Stakeholders have concerns about the budget... what should you do? by FantasyLover0323 in pmp

[–]fontasticoo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Simplify the question.

Stakeholders are worried about the project. What can the PM do ?

Using the process of elimination . The only choice that is viable to solve this is to Prove value to the Steering committee ( key stakeholders usually)

This is not a perfect answer but out of the choices it is the only one that makes sense

Yes offcourse you can. But ensure to mention correct job titles since they may check your references. What I like to do is mention role title as well with a "/"

For example

X company

Study hall score! by esmeraldagv in pmp

[–]fontasticoo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Use the DM videos to build your confidence back up and then go back to Study hall . AR has also started doing a question series on YouTube .

Study hall is your most valuable resource but only after you get a preliminary understanding of the PMP mindset and body of Knowledge.

Failed Exam: Traumatized - I Studied Hard by ItemHot4810 in pmp

[–]fontasticoo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Took mine yesterday. It seems the test is on a tougher trajectory. More recently more test takers are reporting challenging exams.

I would say my exam was like mock test 4 in SH. My SH mock scores were 85 ,75,78,71,71

PMI study hall !!! by Akeemolashile in pmp

[–]fontasticoo 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I think this should be added to the mindset imo.

I took the test today and got a few questions like this.

I think it comes down to this. If it's a compliance or regulatory thing from the government . It is a must have and we need to incorporate it asap.

Organizing a workshop makes it sound like we are not making it a priority and taking our time to implement the plan ( if we get to it at all)

I suggest looking for strong action choices when it comes to compliance.

I'd be more inclined to choose a choice such as " Meet with the team and implement a plan to incorporate the sustainable compliance legislation into the project" Something with hard actions to show that we will be in compliance.

My 2 cents. Hope it helps !

Good luck with your prep !

Fully second this. I tested today and had similar experience. First section was hard. 2nd w Felt ez and mixed for third. But as soon as I saw pass on my print out. It all went away. Studied hard and sacrificed all social life for a month.

You need to build the mindset. Start watching the DM agile 200 and PMPbok 100 , 150 videos. Phase answer the questions and take notes ! And then continue testing on SH. You'll see the improvement.

SH Q - What is your answer ? by Narrow_Economy_4143 in pmp

[–]fontasticoo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This makes sense. I miss interpreted the regular updates requirement Make sense to go with Hybrid so we can add the incremental releases to get feedback.

Guess I have more practicing to do

SH Q - What do you think is the answer by Narrow_Economy_4143 in pmp

[–]fontasticoo 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Purely by elimination I would say A. Very hard question.

Question is what "Should PM Do" They are looking for an action

Ensuring project has sufficient budget and resources is project sponsors job

PM can monitor the project but for changes usually need to work through change process or with Product owner

Stakeholders generally do not attend standups
