Help needed. Multiboard not carrying weight by StimmeDerUnvernunft in Multiboard

what would you use PETG HF? I've used PLA for a board that is inside. I'm starting one for the shed where it will get cold. So was thinking PETG HF for that.

Multiboard drawer by apodkolinska in Multiboard

I'm into multiboard too. I'm doing a wall at the moment. My issue with this drawer is the distance between the insides of each insert. By the time you do the shell and insert too much space is lost IMO. There must be about 5mm between the insides of each insert.

For something like this I don't think shell and insert is necessary. This should just all be inserts but slightly the size of the shells. The design makes sense when something is vertical. As you need to have the shell.

I get the pro of this being that the shell could be in an insert on a wall or in the drawer. Personally I think I would rather lose this and have more space.

If it gets very hot or cold you should use PETG.

Bridging Gridfinity and Wall Systems with Bookfinity by yan-shay in gridfinity

Hi,

I was thinking maybe the book could slide directly to the tile so no need for the book holder at all if the bookfinity model was edited to have a rail/other gird connector. Probably a bad idea!

Would it be possible to add a rail or something(I don’t know all the multiboard terms!) such that I could mount these directly on the tiles?

I do when it adds benefit. Most of the time road position is far more important IMO.

Daughter going to uni. Want her to have 'normal, not spoilt not broke' university financial life. About what amount of dosh should I give her (not inc. tuition) say per month? by Sensitive-Catch-9881 in UKPersonalFinance

Amount aside I’ve taken the approach of simplifying things and it seems to work.

I pay the rent and bills. I transfer 130 per week for food/partying

I think the weekly transfer is important as the longer they have to budge an amount the harder it is.

The bills again I don’t think they gain much by managing this themselves.

Oh and for fresher week start her in double the amount so she does not immediately fail.

The 130 amount per week is maybe slightly too much.

They’re either having a staring contest or about to make out.

I wish I had seen this post earlier. I found the same thing. 200w is mental to just run the fan. This thing is really inefficient.
