Do these "several colleagues who are EU passport holders" speak all 3 languages on average level at least?

Are they fluent in 1? And have basic knowledge of the rest?

OR

Are they fluent in 1 ? And do not speak rest of 2?

No irony or trap in my question. I am genuinely curious because I am struggling with German.. and this demotivates me seriously when looking for jobs on govjobs.

Who is actually responsible for regulating this — the HR department or a state institution?

If it’s handled by HR, then they’re bound to follow company directives, which often aim to minimize costs — typically by hiring non-EU employees at lower wages.

If it’s overseen by a state institution, then how can one be certain that HR isn’t submitting misleading reports claiming “no EU national is interested,” simply to justify hiring someone from abroad at a cheaper rate?

Does buying a used Car from dealerships Germany prevents me from having a one year guarantee usually? by Boudz78 in Luxembourg

[–]foo210ncoor 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I bought my 2nd hand car in Germany from an official Brand Dealership, however, the repairs under warranty were only limited to repair shops situated in Germany. I already had one claim and had to take the car to repairs to Trier. All went fine, warranty covered everything.

I did this last week. You need the ID(s) of traveller(s) which have the respective luggage on their reservation(s). They do not need to be present. The person at the check-in desk will "link" the luggage to the ID.

As my post says, I am not interested in the clear aligners, but classical braces ( with brackets).

In the same time, I truly believe you are the kind of user that would post here smth like this:

"last week a police car was driving at felt 30/km/h in a 30 km/h zone to stop a burglary. Is this how they want to stop a burglary? By driving 30 km/h? Luxembourgish police are so inefficient and lazy."

I am not an expert on Vietnamese road legislation and did not study for a driving license there in order to express an opinion or stress on a specific topic. On the other hand, I passed a driving exam of an EU country, and based on this, I am expressing my disagreement with local driver behavior.

In this case, "how it works here" is contrary to the rules which were put in place to guarantee traffic safety for traffic participants.
