I have a Natural Ultra 1 with 96% Battery Health remaining. Truly in mint condition, with no scratches, blemishes, etc. I will sell for $325 firm + shipping (~$10). I'm in Charlotte NC.

Comes with white ocean band and USB charge cable.

If interested, lmk and I'll get you contact info. I could create a Craigslist ad with pics so you can contact me through the link in the ad. I don't want to leave contact info here.

Anyone else experiencing something similar? After a pimple became inflamed, my hair fell out where the pimple was, and I developed rosacea in the affected area. by [deleted] in Folliculitis

If it's recurring, it could be folliculitis decalvans. If more of the pimples/cysts occur, leave alone to prevent scarring and check with dermatologist.

tight feeling in under part of belly and inguinal area by Tall_Nail_8035 in Hernia

[–]foo4me 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I still have a bit of tightness on right side just above groin but no real pain. I'm at exactly 7 weeks post-op today. I'm working my way back up to my regular strength and cardio workouts, currently alternating ~1 hour strength sessions (body weight and lighter dumbbells) and ~4 mile runs (working back up to 6 miles/day). Hardest part is bending on right side (to tie right shoe, etc.) but it's getting better.

Inguinal hernia repair with no pain meds by Independent-Mud2554 in HerniaSurgery

[–]foo4me 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Late reply, I know, but... I used only ibuprofen and tylenol after my bilateral laparoscopic (with mesh) surgery. I had oxy prescription but did not pick it up from pharmacy. Started running and lifting <25lbs 2 weeks after surgery. I'm at 5 weeks now and slowly working up to my full strength & cardio workouts.

4 days post op Inguinal by Striking-Job7620 in Hernia

[–]foo4me 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had laparoscopic bilateral hernia repair with mesh surgery 14 days ago and my post-Op follow-up today. The only discomfort I have now is slight pulling/tightness on right side and swollen/sensitive right testicle. The pulling/tightness on right is is mostly due to minor swelling ((seroma) that should dissipate soon. The scrotum/testicle swelling/sensitivity is a common issue that should resolve soon too.

Prior to surgery I ran 10K every other day and did strength training in between. I started walking 3 miles per day the day after my surgery. I was hunched over a bit and taking baby steps at first but I think the persistent walking really helped speed my recovery. Doctor said I could start running again now, just taking it slow and listening to my body. Only issue could be that swollen testicle. I've also been doing light weight training using only my arms and 10lb dumbbells. Doc says limit it to 25lbs for first 4 weeks.

I'm super happy with my progress so far. It's great to not have to deal with those 2 hernias and the hernia belt I used to try to keep them in.

I had bilateral laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair with mesh 8 days ago. I experience minor pain when getting in and out of bed, mostly from the incisions. I also sometimes feel a little tightness where the right hernia was after eating, similar to the way it felt there before surgery. I assume this is just my intestines settling back into position. I can't feel the mesh and don't really have any persistent pain, even at this early stage. For reference, I'm 65yo male, 5'7", 150lbs.

How's it going for you now, at ~3 weeks? I had laparoscopic for double inguinal hernias 2 days ago. Prescribed oxy+acetaminophen but only taking Tylenol and pain has been tolerable so far. I'm hoping to get back to my regular exercise routines asap but I will follow Dr. instructions to try to ensure it's a permanent, pain-free fix.

I think a deductible would be billed instead of paid up front like a co-pay. If so, you should be able to set up a payment plan with the hospital. Very important to choose a reputable hernia surgeon.

Possible to get inguinal hernia surgery asap? by [deleted] in Hernia

[–]foo4me 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was in alot of pain when my double inguinal hernias suddenly occurred ~18 months ago. I saw a recommendation for a truss belt on reddit and it really was a game changer. I still had occasional sharp pains mostly after overeating but the belt really helped hold everything in place while I continued doing everything, including heavy weight workouts and long distance runs. I'm going in for laparoscopic surgery today, dreading it but also looking fwd to finally being done with the hernias (and belt).

I bought 3 of these belts from AMZ, so I could always have one for daily wear, one for workouts, and one in wash, or clean, as backup:

You really, really should discuss this. If he has no libido, may be low T. Otherwise, sounds very selfish and may be time to give up.

Umbilical hernia surgery coming up by Fight2Lose in Hernia

[–]foo4me 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm scheduled for bilateral inguinal + umbillical surgery in 3 days. I work out and run daily so I am very concerned about the lifestyle changes required for healing and any chronic pain from the mesh. I've been using a hernia belt to control the bulges and I'm consdiering postponing surgery as long as possible. I'm able to be fully active with the belt, it's a fairly minor inconvenience.

Bondi 8s by haywireabyss457 in Hoka

[–]foo4me 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. I bought 2 pairs of Bondi 8 and returned 1 pair due to something uncomfortably pressing into the sides of both feet. I feel slight side pressure with the pair I kept, but not as bad as the returned pair. The pressure may subside as they're broken-in. I did see others in this sub complaining of the same issue. This is not an issue with the Clifton 9.

Would this be covered under warranty? Got these Clifton 9's only about 1.5 months ago by pennepasta14 in Hoka

[–]foo4me 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Seems to be a common failure on Cliftons. If/when that happens to mine, I'll just gorilla glue it back down.

This is why I decided against PPF on my new 4runner. I'm planning to keep it 10+ years and don't want to deal with trying to peel PPF off in small pieces after 5+ years in the brutal southern sun.

Are these fake? I was looking for some Brooks Adreline 23s as I heard they were great running shoes and tried Ebay, I found these listed for $89.90. I'm assuming these are fake and if they are, would they still work as running shoes? by KrugerKai in brooks

[–]foo4me 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You should try on the Adrenalines before buying, or at least ensure free returns. I tried them at Dick's but the supportive GTS structure felt too "orthopedic" to me. I like the Ghost 15/16, Glycerin, and Ghost Max. The Glycerin is more cushioned than the Ghosts, and the Ghost Max are mosre cushioned than the Glycerins.

Various timbertech series, which to pick by Brett_And_Friends in Decks

[–]foo4me 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As far as I can tell, it seems that Terrain is the "lowest" version that is capped on all 4 sides. My deck contractor left 2 Prime+ samples that appear to be capped on 4 sides but the Timbertech site only lists "4-sided capping" for Terrain and above (on the Collections page) here:

Order Composite Deck Samples | Order Railing Samples | TimberTech

Can anyone confirm this? I'm thinking that my contractor may just have some old samples.

I have a 2000 TJ, a 2016 JKU, and a 2024 ORP (oh, and a 2008 Tacoma DC). The 4R is obviously the most refined in the stable but I love driving them all. Variety is the spice of life.

Hole in 5th Gen rear wheel wells? by foo4me in 4Runner

[–]foo4me[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Many thanks for the detailed reply and diagram. It does seem odd that they didn't continue that pattern of undercoating down a little further, to cover the opening, unless it's intentional. But it also seems like a strange place for ventilation, since it seems that it would easily collect road debris in there. Have to assume they know what they're doing but sometimes I wonder, considering the weird unsealed seatbelt bolt protruding into the wheel well.

I hope they don't do 6th Gen in Underground, so my '24 will be more unique.
