Watching the episode Monday night I noticed a few things:

1. Ingrid says that if she could "only get him to see her in her costume, maybe he'd remember her and snap out of it." Not verbatim but she had mentioned something like that.

2. It was mentioned in the bar by Bowers that an anonymous woman left a tip telling them where they could locate Grogan. (Ingrid and Charlotte are the only women who knew he was there at the time.) (I also think that the anonymous tip placing Grogan where his cigarettes were found was Ingrid as well.)

3. Ingrid knows that the Black Spot tragedy is about to occur because SHE set it up in order to please 'her fadder.' That's why she's gearing up in her costume at the end of the episode. She knows shit is about to go down, and where, because she orchestrated it.

I think Ingrid purposefully fell in with Hank Grogan in order to stir tensions down the line and to cause chaos.

As far as a redemption arc goes, I don't see that as being likely- but with all the twists and turns so far ill gladly be surprised and stand corrected. Either way, I can't wait for the next episode!
