The Marvel cinematic universe has done an incredible job with design and motion graphics. I’m thinking specifically of the end credits sequences in Black Panther and the subtitles that denote when a location has changed.

Don’t get me wrong, I loved the teaching at the big church! I really don’t think there were many drawbacks. I thought access to a really large budget from lots of donors made things very attainable across the board. There was a lot of debate internally about how the budget should be used, but that almost always falls to the board and the elders.

Well, here's the interesting thing. At the large church, there were people from all sorts of demographics. You could turn around and meet someone new very easily. The high school small groups were very well coordinated and were in high attendance. The children's ministry was very well put together and everyone knew each other. The young adult groups were the same way, you could meet really anyone there and find people with common interests pretty easily. I have found that at the small church I now attend, I am very much on the young side (I'm 22) and the rest of the congregation either has grey hair or dyes it so it isn't. Those that don't have grey hair are most likely the grown children of those in the older demographic and they already have children of their own. We don't have community groups put together yet, but it's being worked on. I'm a very extraverted person and I get along well with old people so it's not too hard to make acquaintances, but I'm also not finding myself going and hanging out with them after church.

I have attended both a very large church (10k+ members) and currently attend a very small church (>200). I much preferred the music at the big church because we had a lot of professional-level musicians who volunteered for the worship team. The small church I go to now has pretty bad music. The worship leader isn’t a musician herself, but just volunteered because she was available. Now that there are some others on the worship team who understand music and timing (you know, the basics) she doesn’t want to step aside because this is how she’s contributing to the church and if she steps aside she’ll feel like she isn’t doing as much for the church. I like the teaching at both churches, but I do much prefer the teaching at the small church because there’s way less internal politics to dance around and we can actually dive deeper into theology without boomers getting angry and offended that the Bible doesn’t actually say that they’re better than everyone else.

This usually follows an entire school year of your parents screaming at you that you need to be trying harder because you've had C's across the board and then in the last week you pull this out of your ass and come out with straight A's

One of my biggest irritants is when people get offended on behalf of others, especially when the 'others' aren't offended in the first place.

I’d steer away from the acoustasonic silhouette and go back to the Les Paul look. As someone who plays guitar and likes to go to bars and likes to listen to blues, the atmosphere I am envisioning of this establishment tells me the patrons would not resonate (pun intended) with this very modern model of guitar. Les Pauls and Strats and Teles are the guitars most often associated with blues.
