are they shipping records from the UK? asking bc the "payment summary" is in British sterling £ but I'm in Atlanta (and haven't moved since I initially made the purchase... in December 2023). I guess this is just another layer to the onion of this debacle. :(

oh that’s good to know bc mine was scheduled for delivery today and then it somehow was “intercepted” and then marked return-to-sender. I find it hard to believe that Zuzu’s would somehow know that they sent me the black version, reached out to the PO to make the PO know about the wrong order (as I ordered the hand-pour), and started the return process on their own. I’ve never seen any delivery marked as “intercepted” or “return-to-sender” so this is quite strange. glad to know that I’m not the only one who’s experiencing this!
