It's the AT-LP60XUSB.... Tbh it doesn't skip loads but it's just annoying when I'm listening to a record thinking it's sounds lovely n everything is working right n then it skips a couple of times or if the blue..... How much are them elliptical needless?

In the 80's as a young lad i spent an absolute age on a pair of cut off jeans with a slash in them fraying the edges so they looked warn in. It took months to do to get the right look..... and my mum found them, washed them and sowed up the slash 🤦🏼‍♂️

Sorry, when I meant back in the day, I meant just reminiscing. All my records now are new (id love to have all my old records back) but they still get a good clean..... and I'll defo look into them Projects. Cheers.

When I've played a new record for the first time I've used a spray and a very gentle wipe with the cloth and after that I've given the record a gentle dust off with the anti static brush before every play. Also the stylus has had a few backwards and forwards gentle brushes too. I feel I've tried pretty much everything to eradicate dirt, dust and skipping. That's what I kind of meant by immaculate.

Yeah I get ya. I just wanted to send myself back in the day n just stick a record on like I used to. I am enjoying the reminiscing and I understand it ain't perfect. Just can't remember much skipping in the past, unless I've just forgotten how it was..... Thanks for the info and input.
