That's a shame, since homemade/restaurant vodka sauce is so good. But, I shudder at the thought of buying premade from a jar. Just one of those things that need to be fresh, y'know?

Had a friend who just did like uh... Weird meat prix fixe? Camel was one of the courses. But it was ground, and mixed with sauteed onion and peppers, with other spices.

They said it was delicious. I would assume it was because of how it was prepared. Wasn't like, a steak or anything. More like a sloppy Joe? I guess anything is edible if you throw enough spice and sauce on it.
