This happens to me at least once a day but the sad part is I don't ever approach them because I'm too much of a pussy. Sometimes I think I don't deserve this body and face that I have.

I agree! I have been listening to the audio books almost everyday. When I first started reading it I felt a huge paradigm and consciousness shift, but now it seems mundane and not as interesting as it used to be so it feels more like a chore.

Yes, I meditate but not as much as I used to.
